Presentation of the Indie Game: Dyadin

Dyadin is an action puzzle game for two players. The game can be played on 2 PCs or on one.

The Goal in this game is to open up every gate, which allows both player to continue to the next level, by going simultaneously through the exit. This can get complicated because both players are in a different plane to move around.

While you try to open up every barrier and gate, there will be enemies in the later level, who'll hunt you down PAC-Man style.

So the game is pretty good, if you have a friend nearby to play with it.
Give it a try, here is the link: http://www.greatgamesexperiment.com/game/dyadin

Presentation of the Indie games: Stranded 1 + 2

Stranded is a 3D survival game just like Lost in Blue, or just imagine you strand on a lonely Island like Tom Hanks in Cast Away. Surviving is a simple as it gets, you just have to create tools, which are needed to chop down trees faster or build a camp with a storage to keep your collected food at.

It just has one drawback that is, the available language is only German, so you have to learn some, to dig in the game.  But the game is really intuitive, you know what to do, the longer you play.

Both, the prequel and sequel have dynamic day and night shifting for a more realistic setting.

The day and night shifting in the prequel, Stranded.

And again for the sequel, Stranded 2.

So your primarily goal in this game is to survive, that's all you will play with Stranded, it's just an eternal struggle to survive.
But in Stranded 2 the developers of Unreal Software included the Adventure mode, in which you need to fulfil a task to advance to the next Island or task.

The Island lives; everywhere you see animals running around or birds flying and tweeting while the waves burst onto the shore.

Have yourself a look at the gameplay and if you are interested come and get it at the developers website:

Presentation of the Indie game: Battleships Forever

Sounds familiar, doesn't it?
Well, that's because Sean "th15" Chan, the developer of Battleships Forever, was inspired by Warning Forever.
The game is a real time strategy tactic game, I say that just because of the lack of building spaceships in the game, but that doesn't lessens the fun of it. ;)
Basically, you have control over a handful of spaceships and try to engage the opposing force of spaceships.

As you can see this gets really hairy, because of all the beams, lasers and so on.

One of the interesting aspects of the game is, that you can create and customize your own spaceships as you see fit.

From a tiny ship to a ridiculous big one.

Well, that's all I have to say about the game, just test it out yourself. ;)

I'm back

Sorry for the delay.
I had a theoretical drivers test today and got through it, he he. ^^
So now I'm going to post some games again. ;)

I know it's a bit early, but I wanted to thank you for your support. :)
And on another note, I have to deal with my private life, so it could take one or two days before I post another game.
So just wait a little bit and I'm back again.

Yours sincerely CetaPara

Presentation of the Indie game: Warning Forever

Warning Forever is a freeware 2D fixed shmup developed by Hikoza Tohkubo and released under his self made Software Company, Hikware.

The game itself is split up in to major factors, one being you controlling one small ship against the other factor, a Boss ship that gets bigger and bigger after times you destroyed it.
But that's not hard enough the default start of the game let's you compete against this Bosses in a Time limitation of 180 seconds total.
You can only add time if you shoot  one Boss down at a time, to gain 30 seconds to fight longer.
On the other side you only have 3 lives at default and lose 20 seconds each time you blow up.

Well, if that all wasn't enough, your only weapon is a cannon, which continuously fires barrages of shot s, via the "Z" key by default, in one direction.
However, by pressing the "D" key you can alter the barrage density and direction to your advantage.

With that all said you can customize your experience in gaming by changing the game modes, which are:
  • 180 seconds - The normal, time-limited mode.
  • Three Ships - No time limit. The player begins with three lives, and gains an extra life for every hundred pieces blasted off a boss.
  • Five Minute attack - The player has a time limit of five minutes to get as far as possible.
  • Sudden Death - The player has one life and no time limit.
  • Custom - The player can choose time limit, number of lives and various options
